A: WE HAVE AN OPTION THAT THEY SELECT WHEN ORDERING ONLINE. THEY CHOOSE BETWEEN “SHIP TO HOME” OR “PICKUP”

IF PICKUP: NORMALLY YOU WOULD COME GET THE BOXES THAT CONTAIN ALL OF THE PICKUP ORDERS. THEN YOU INFORM YOUR CUSTOMERS WHEN THEIR ORDERS ARE READY FOR PICKUP FROM YOU.


Q: CAN I KEEP THE STORE UP YEAR ROUND?

A: TECHNICALY YES, BUT REMEMBER THE STORE WON’T PROCESS ANY ORDERS INTO OUR SYSTEM UNTIL THE STORE CLOSES. WE CAN CLOSE THE STORE WHEN YOU TELL US TO, IN ORDER TO PROCESS WHAT HAS BEEN ORDERED. THEN OPEN THE STORE AGAIN, IN ORDER TO ASSURE THAT YOU CAN GET MORE SALES.


Q: HOW LONG SHOULD I KEEP MY STORE OPEN?

A: 2 WEEKS TO 4 WEEKS. IF YOU WAIT LONGER, YOU RUN THE RISK OF UNHAPPY CUSTOMERS DUE TO THE TIME IT TAKES FOR THEM TO GET WHAT THEY ORDERED.
